Difficulty and language selection

The development is going a bit slow right now but some improvements has been already implemented almost at 100%. The mains ones are.

• 100%  of keyboard compatibility to navigate the menus.
• A difficulty selector before starting a race with three levels of difficulty.
• The possibility to choose between English or Spanish in the main Menu.

Some things are still pending but they will be completed really soon.
